My Student Life

Thank you for submitting a student of concern report. Please fill out as much information as possible in the fields on the next page. If you are certain of the student's name, you do not need to fill out the other demographic information.

When a complete Student of Concern Report is submitted, it automatically generates an email notification to the Dean of Students. Generally speaking, your concern will be received within one hour. If you feel a concern warrants immediate response because the student or another member of the community is in immediate danger, please contact Campus Safety at 207-326-2479.
